I contacted RidgeCreek because they were referred by Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters.
Garth came out to scope out what was needed and we discussed what I needed to do in prep for his install.
Garth showed up promptly and did a craftsman’s job installing the Rinnai Tankless Water heater that I had got through a promotion at Blue Star Gas by propane dealer.
I got good vibes because Garth was wearing a Rinnai baseball cap.
Patty was keeping everything going even through bad reception in Colorado Springs, Co where she was on vacation.
Oh by the way the RE140i works great.
I will recommend RidgeCreek Plumbing to anyone.

Had re-piping and new water softener install service performed in August & happy with friendliness of the process prior, to estimate the work and provide honest and transparent answers. Was happy during and after project on willingness to answer questions and stop by and resolve small part of job that was missed. Can’t complain & happy that workers showed up as promised and were friendly all along & no surprise costs after job completion.

Our stove broke and we needed to cap our gas line to prep for our induction stove arriving. Mikhail was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have a 1958 home with galvanized pipes. During a recent basement remodel, I hired Ridgecreek for several projects, including replacing all of the pipe from the main line, the bathroom, and utility room. They replaced my old water heater with a tankless system and also installed a new sink for a kitchenette.

They are also very responsive to smaller plumbing projects and issues that arise from owning an old house. The work quality is very high. Garth and Mikhael are wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Garth and Patty are world class on quality, follow through, professionalism and best of all - caring about our situation. Rinnai Water Heaters were not very cooperative! But they shucked and jived to make our days without hot water livable. Garth showed up when promised after a cold weekend and knocked out a clean, superbly functional tankless water heater.
